BUCHAREST, Romania - Former FC Dallas midfielder Juan Carlos Toja signed a four-year contract with Steaua Bucharest and officially joined his new team Wednesday.
 Toja, 23, said he was keen to play in European competitions for the Romanian club.
Steaua will meet Turkish side Galatasaray next week in the third qualifying round of the Champions League. Steaua came second in the league last season.
Toja is the third Colombian player bought by Steaua Bucharest, and joins midfielder Dayro Moreno and goalkeeper Robinson Zapata.
